The Artists, Clare and Jade were deeply influenced by iconic punk rock artists such as Bikini Kill, Fugazi, and Amyl and the Sniffers. These artists inspired them with their no fucks attitude and give them the power to speak the truth. This song was also deeply influenced by the recent events that took place in Australia, namely, Neo Nazis marching on “Australia Day”.

The artists met on Tinder, soon enough they bonded over their passion for music and started busking around Sydney, with Jade being the main person working on the lyrics. The recording took place at Clare's charming abode in Menai. The unbalanced mix, and raw recordings gave it a non pretentious feel and made the song rather than break it. Don't listen to us, listen to the song to form your own thoughts:
