Energy Whores, a band that embodies a unique take on electronic music has done it again with it's new track "Bunker Man". They're known for their cutting edge beats and a mix of pop punk in their music.

Brought to life by singer/songwriter Carrie Schoenfeld and guitarist Attilo Valenti, this band has immense potential and it usually dances on the harsh realities of the world. Their main aim is to put out groovy beats while maintaining meaningful substance in their tracks. This unique stand makes the listener dance while introspecting about the open ended storytelling that pin downs their mind. "The song is a perfect analogy on the Late Capitalist era we're going through and its dystopian nature."

The song, "Bunker Man" tells a story by a relentless Billionaire that seeks shelter in his bunker for survival from a nuclear apocalypse, ironically a consequence of his own actions. As the world double downs on him after countless manipulations and short-cuts, his inevitable descent into paranoia and loneliness plays a toll on him. This song is inspired by the real world's innateness of greed and selfishness, an irony on his own self-preservations leaves him with nothing but money and his priced possessions, now of no use. This double-edged sword stabs the listener, thinking about their priorities as in the end it's not money or power that can save him.

We LOVED the song and it's philosophical stance that made our heads scratch, but you're on your own to make your thoughts:
